Below are some of the excerpts of discussion:
- Subjective and objective well-being of a patient is of prime importance to a physician. We must be vigilant in our observations both at physical, mental as well as investigative levels.
- The basic modalities such as blood pressure, heart rate, pulse rate, respiratory rate, chest discomfort etc are not be ignored. They must be thoroughly checked upon.
- There is no harm in having second / expert opinions regarding a patient and for essential medications. Tapering must be done with a logic, confidence and under guidance.
- Investigations must be patient centric and must be repeated at regular intervals.
